A Guide to Booking Your Dream Getaway in 6 easy steps....

I like to keep things flexible and fun, tailoring everything to what works best for you. My goal is to make you feel totally at ease, so we’ll chat in whatever way feels right—whether that’s emails, WhatsApp, or even a good old phone call! But just to give you an idea, here’s how it usually goes...

Step 1. Get in Touch
First things first—let’s chat!

Either fill in the contact form, drop me an email, or slide into my DMs (go on, I don’t bite!)

Tell me the basics—where you fancy going, who’s coming along, and how you’d like to chat. Email is the go-to, but we can WhatsApp, Insta-message, or even have an old-school phone call. Your call!

Step 2. Let’s Talk Travel
Time to dig into the details! We’ll chat (phone, text, email—whatever works) about your dream trip. Think number of travellers, kids’ ages (if applicable), hotel vibes, board preferences, departure airports and a rough budget. Basically, I’ll get all the juicy details to make sure your trip is chef’s kiss perfect.

Step 3. I Do the Hard Work
Now it’s my time to shine! I’ll hunt down the best flights, hotels, villas, car hire, and more, using my travel know-how and my little black book of over 100 top suppliers (plus a few sneaky extras). You sit back, relax, and wait for the magic to happen.

Step 4. Quotes & Booking
I’ll send you at least three awesome options that tick all your boxes. Found ‘The One’? We’ll lock it in, and you can start counting down the days! Typically, a deposit secures your trip, with the remaining balance due around 12 weeks before you travel—but payment terms can vary depending on your travel date. No stress, I’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way!

Step 5. Time to Get Trip-Ready!
I’ll send over all your travel docs, itinerary, and my best pre-holiday tips—because no one likes last-minute panic packing! Need to know if your suitcase will fit that extra pair of shoes? Wondering if you need a visa or just a good sunhat? I’ve got you! I’ll make sure you’re fully prepped so all you need to do is count down the days.

Step 6. Off You Go—Time to Live Your Best Holiday Life!
Now, it’s your time to shine! Jump on that plane, cruise ship, or train and soak up every second. And don’t worry—I’m just a message away if you need anything 24/7. Enjoy, make memories, Sip those cocktails and take way too many photos!

    Not at all! I have access to the same prices as online booking sites, plus a little black book with over 100 top suppliers (and a few secret extras!). On top of that, I often secure exclusive deals and special offers you won’t find anywhere else. Booking with me means you get great prices, expert advice, and maybe even some extra perks—all at no extra cost to you, as I get paid by the supplier!
  • Why should I book with you instead of an online booking site?

  • Do I have to pay you upfront in full for my Holiday?
    No, you don’t! The deposit requirements are set by the resorts or tour operators I work with, and they depend on your chosen package and travel dates. Your deposit is paid directly to the resort or tour operator. I never charge your card myself. This means your payment goes straight towards your holiday when you book. Most packages require the balance to be paid 14 weeks before your arrival, and again, that goes directly to the supplier. The whole process is designed to be simple, secure, and transparent for you!
  • What are your cancellation fees?
    For cancellations, the principal or suppliers' terms and conditions will apply. For Everbuds Travel Ltd packages, cancellation fees will be applied on the scale shown below. Note. These cancellation charges apply to all bookings except those which are 100% non-refundable where the entire cost will be forfeited. More than 84 days loss of monies paid 70 – 84 days 50% or monies paid if greater 42 – 70 days 75% or monies paid if greater 0 – 42 days 100% You may cancel your booking within a period of 14 Days after the initial deposit however this initial deposit is non-refundable. After 14 Days you may cancel your booking however all deposits and (if applicable) any additional payments made to date on the booking are non- refundable.
  • Do you charge amendment and cancellation fees?
    Yes, if you cancel or amend your booking you will be asked to pay an amendment fee and any further cost we incur making this alteration (please note that certain travel arrangements are non-refundable).
