I’ll send you at least three awesome options that tick all your boxes. Found ‘The One’? We’ll lock it in, and you can start counting down the days! Typically, a deposit secures your trip, with the remaining balance due around 14 weeks before you travel—but payment terms can vary depending on your travel date. No stress, I’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way!

Step 5. Time to Get Trip-Ready!
I’ll send over all your travel docs, itinerary, and my best pre-holiday tips—because no one likes last-minute panic packing! Need to know if your suitcase will fit that extra pair of shoes? Do I have to pay you upfront in full for my Holiday?

No, you don’t! The deposit requirements are set by the resorts or tour operators I work with, and they depend on your chosen package and travel dates. Your deposit is paid directly to the resort or tour operator. I never charge your card myself. This means your payment goes straight towards your holiday when you book. Most packages require the balance to be paid 14 weeks before your arrival, and again, that goes directly to the supplier. The whole process is designed to be simple, secure, and transparent for you!
What guarantees do I have that my holiday is secure when booking with you?

When you book with me, your holiday is in safe hands! I work with top, trusted suppliers and ensure all package bookings are protected by ATOL (Air Travel Organiser’s Licence) or ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents), so you’re fully covered in case anything goes wrong. Plus, I handle everything for you—ensuring that all payments go directly to the supplier and that your booking is secure from start to finish. Your peace of mind is my priority!
